Training session with objective of Passing-Receiving & Dribbling. The 3 most important coordination abilities for both technical abilities are covered in six different stations. They are (left to right) the following: Adaptation & Transformation, Spatial/Time Orientation, Combine 2 Moves (2 stations), Anticipation, Motor Imagination. This section of training should follow the warm up, and it's either before or together (split players in two groups) with the technical section.
Each station include more then one coordination capacity. This type of training is racommended for players who already have an advance coordination ability and usually they are older player (U14 or older).
